ARTicles Gallery presents PATHS LIKE PAST, a solo exhibition of works by Vanessa Cunto. The opening reception takes place on August 1 from 5-7 pm, and the exhibit will remain on disply until August 4.

Paths Like Past is a series of graphite drawings envisioning a sustainable future for the United States, shaped by conversations with members of Pinellas County who were invited to reflect on nature, technology, and the kind of future they believe is possible.The exhibit is part of an Individual Artist Grant through Creative Pinellas, made possible by the National Endowment for the Arts and in recognition of the United States' 250th Anniversary.

Cunto, a St. Petersburg-based visual artist, specializes in detailed graphite drawings and is a first-generation American with roots in Italy and Venezuela. Her 15-year career as an art director and stylist informs the precision, compositional rigor, and conceptual approach in her art. In 2024, she was named an Emerging Artist Grant recipient by Creative Pinellas, and has exhibited across Florida and beyond.
